These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of momentumcontainers.com and any purchase, rental, or service agreement made with Momentum Containers, a subsidiary of Momentum Logistics LLC, operating from Sharjah Inland Container Depot (SICD), Emirates Road (E611), Sharjah, UAE. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Use of This Website
This website is for business and commercial use. You may use it to research our container products and services, request quotes, and contact our team.

Quotes and Orders
All quotes issued by Momentum Containers are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, and material costs.

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a written order confirmation from Momentum Containers. Verbal agreements and website enquiries do not constitute a binding contract. Any changes to the order after confirmation may result in additional costs and revised delivery timelines.
Delivery and Risk
Momentum Containers delivers from our SICD yard in Sharjah to agreed UAE or GCC locations. Delivery timelines stated on our website and in quotes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by port congestion, road closures, force majeure, or third-party logistics issues.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon delivery and placement of the container at the agreed location.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed at the time of order confirmation. Standard terms for new clients require full payment before dispatch. Credit terms are available for approved accounts only and are subject to a separate credit agreement.

Momentum Containers reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received.
Returns and Complaints
Container sales are final once delivery has taken place and the client has accepted the unit. Any complaints about condition, specifications, or documentation must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Intellectual Property

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or from any transaction with Momentum Containers are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
