20ft Toilet Facility
With Septic Tank

Construction sites in remote areas of Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah often have no access to municipal sewer connections. This 20ft container toilet facility solves that problem completely.

Three cubicles, two wash basins, a 2,000-litre GRP septic tank, and a full exhaust ventilation system, all inside one container. No drainage hookup needed. No civil works. Delivered from our Sharjah yard and operational within two hours of placement on site.

A Self-Contained Sanitation Block
No Sewer Connection Required

Civil works contractors, road building companies, and infrastructure project teams working in areas beyond Abu Dhabi's main sewer network face a recurring welfare problem. UAE labour law requires proper sanitation facilities on any construction site with more than 10 workers. Without a sewer connection, a standard toilet block cannot operate.

This project delivered a self-contained 20ft toilet facility to a civil works contractor on a site near Mussafah Industrial Area in Abu Dhabi. The site had no sewer connection available. The entire waste system toilets, plumbing, treatment, and discharge — operates from inside the container without any external drainage infrastructure.

The unit connects to a standard 1-inch BSP fresh water inlet pipe. That is the only external connection it needs. Everything else is self-contained inside the 20ft shell.

Three Cubicles
Including One Accessible

The layout holds three toilet cubicles. One cubicle is wider to meet accessible design guidelines referenced in Abu Dhabi's Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities building regulations. Each cubicle has its own exhaust fan for odour control. Cubicle doors are inward-swing with an occupied indicator slide bolt. Floors in each cubicle are non-slip ceramic tile, mandatory under UAE site welfare standards for wet area flooring.

2,000L GRP Septic Tank  Aerobic Treatment

A 2,000-litre glass-reinforced plastic septic tank mounts beneath the container floor. The tank uses an aerobic treatment process, bacteria break down waste naturally without chemicals or power input. Treated water discharges through a soakaway pipe into the ground. The tank requires a pump-out service every 30 to 45 days depending on daily usage. We connect local pump-out contractors in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah on request.

Waterproof Interior Finish Site Welfare Grade

Walls are white gloss ceramic tile from floor to ceiling height in each cubicle and the wash basin area. The ceiling is waterproof PVC panel, it does not absorb moisture or harbour mould in UAE humidity conditions. LED fittings above each wash basin are IP44-rated for wet area use. The fresh water inlet is a standard 1-inch BSP connection on the exterior wall, compatible with most UAE site water supply setups.

Who Orders a Container Toilet
Facility in the UAE

Any UAE construction site with more than 10 workers needs compliant welfare facilities under Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations. These are the three main project types that order self-contained toilet facilities from us.

Civil Contractors  Mussafah and
Abu Dhabi Industrial Areas

Civil works contractors on projects within Mussafah Industrial Area, ICAD, and the Abu Dhabi Industrial Area (ADIA) frequently operate on plots with no active sewer connection. The

self-contained septic system means the toilet block operates from day one of the project, before any infrastructure connection is made. We deliver from SICD Sharjah to Mussafah in under 90 minutes.

Remote Infrastructure Projects
RAK and Fujairah

Infrastructure and utilities projects in remote areas of Ras Al Khaimah near Wadi Al Qor, and civil projects in Fujairah's coastal industrial belt near Dibba Al Fujairah, use self-contained toilet facilities because municipal sewer connections simply do not exist at those site locations. The 2,000-litre tank handles the daily usage of up to 30 workers before requiring pump-out.

Road Building Projects
E311, E88, and Northern Emirates

Road construction teams working on long stretches of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), the Fujairah-Sharjah Highway (E88), and the Al Ain-Fujairah Road (E89) move their welfare facilities as the work progresses. A self-contained container toilet block relocates on a standard flatbed truck. No plumber needed at the new location,  just reconnect the water inlet and the unit is operational within the hour.
