10ft Container
Security Cabin

Every construction site entrance, warehouse gate, and free zone checkpoint in the UAE needs a security post that works through 45°C summer heat. This 10ft container security cabin delivered to four sites in one week, two at JAFZA on Sheikh Zayed Road, one at Hamriyah Free Zone in Sharjah, and one on a construction project near Al Quoz Industrial Area in Dubai.

Each cabin left our SICD yard in Sharjah fully fitted AC running, windows in, electrics wired and was placed on site without any additional installation work.

A Security Cabin That Works the
Moment It Lands on Site

Security supervisors at UAE free zones and industrial sites spend long shifts in their cabin. A poorly built cabin, thin walls, no insulation, a weak AC unit, is unusable by 9am in July. The guard either leaves the post or operates in conditions that affect their performance and health. Neither is acceptable at a gate controlling access to a free zone or an active construction site.

This cabin is built to stay below 26°C inside even when outdoor temperatures exceed 45°C. The 50mm PU insulation on all four walls, the ceiling, and the floor keeps the AC load low. A 9,000 BTU wall-mounted unit handles the rest. The cabin runs all day on a standard 32-amp single-phase supply without tripping the site breaker.

We delivered these four units from our SICD yard in Sharjah on the same day the orders came in. JAFZA sites on Sheikh Zayed Road received delivery in under 45 minutes. The Hamriyah Free Zone site in Sharjah took 20 minutes. All four were in place and connected before the end of the working day.

50mm PU Insulation
Stays Cool at 45°C

All four walls, the ceiling, and the floor are insulated with 50mm polyurethane panels. PU insulation is the correct choice for UAE security cabins, it keeps interior temperatures manageable even in the height of summer on open construction sites along E311 and in industrial yards at KIZAD Abu Dhabi. It does not absorb moisture near the coastal sites at Jebel Ali Port and Hamriyah Free Zone the way rock wool does.

Full-Width Sliding Window
180-Degree Sightline

A full-width aluminum-framed sliding glass window runs across the entire front face of the cabin. The guard has a clear 180-degree sightline to the gate, the approach road, and both sides of the entrance without moving from the seat. The door is on the side wall not the front, so opening it does not interrupt the forward view. Tinted glass reduces glare from UAE direct sun without cutting visibility to the gate.

Fixed Steel Worktop
Phone, and Monitor Ready

A fixed steel-frame worktop runs along one interior wall. It holds a security log book, telephone, CCTV monitor, and personal items without cluttering the floor. Two double plug sockets sit at desk height, one for a CCTV monitor and one for a phone charger. A dedicated USB charging point sits flush in the worktop surface. The worktop does not shift when the cabin relocates to a new site, it is welded to the container wall frame.

Where 10ft Security Cabins Go in the UAE

Security cabins go to three main location types across the UAE. All three need a guard post that operates year-round in UAE outdoor conditions without maintenance issues or comfort problems for the security team.

Free Zone Gate Posts JAFZA, Hamriyah, and KIZAD

Logistics and industrial companies at Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) on Sheikh Zayed Road, Hamriyah Free Zone in Sharjah, and Khalifa Industrial Zone (KIZAD) in Abu Dhabi use 10ft security cabins at vehicle entry and exit checkpoints. Free zone security teams work 12-hour shifts at these gates year-round. We deliver to any free zone gate location from our SICD Sharjah yard JAFZA in 45 minutes, Hamriyah in 20 minutes, KIZAD in under 90 minutes.

Industrial Yard Checkpoints  Mussafah and RAK Industrial Zone

Heavy equipment yards, material stockyards, and industrial facility operators at Mussafah Industrial Area and Abu Dhabi Industrial Area (ADIA) in Abu Dhabi, and at RAK's Al Hamra and Saqr Port industrial zones, use 10ft security cabins as permanent guard posts at compound entrances. We deliver to Mussafah in under 90 minutes from SICD Sharjah and to the RAK industrial zones in under 3 hours. Custom RAL colour and logo stencilling available on request.

Construction Site Entrances  Al Quoz, E311, and Dubai South

Main contractors managing active construction projects in Al Quoz Industrial Area, along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), and in Dubai South near Al Maktoum International Airport use 10ft security cabins at site entrance gates. The cabin relocates when the project moves,

a standard flatbed truck carries it to the next site without a crane. We paint the client's site number and contractor logo on the front panel at our Sharjah yard before delivery.
